Frequently asked questions
Does it auto-renew?
No. Monthly and quarterly plans are one-time purchases. When the plan ends you return to Free automatically, with no charge.
What if I buy again?
The new period is added on top of your current expiry date. Monthly and quarterly plans can be mixed in any order and the time accumulates.
How are the 100 free translations counted?
Hover translation and area translation share 100 free uses. The quota resets every 30 days, and unused uses do not carry over.
How many devices can I use?
The quota belongs to your account, not to a device. The app keeps up to two signed-in devices; a third sign-in replaces the oldest. Signing in on the web does not affect the app.
Which payment methods are supported?
WeChat Pay QR code, completed on the web. The macOS app only opens the purchase page; the result is confirmed by our server and then synced.
